Poor

Liked: Actually nothing at all.
Disliked: I got there around 3am and no one was there to help check in. I had to call and he came down in a golf cart 5 min after calling the front desk. Wallpaper was peeling. Mold. Not clean at all and it was basically a motel. We paid over $200 for that. Not impressed at all.

Best Western has a great...

Liked: The jacuzzi/ hot tub in the room was amazing. And the bed was so comfy. The staff went above and beyond
Disliked: It was noisy upstairs from us. There was a lot of banging, not sure what was going on. It did quiet down a bit on Saturday

Great Vacation Oasis!

Liked: The Location, pool and Staff are a 10+
Disliked: We had a little issue but the Front desk staff handled it amazing and they are very good at resolving everything.
