location and staff was good...
Liked: room was clean and comfystaff very friendly
Disliked: I wish that we had known there were going to be lots of kids/teens booked there they were running up and down the halls and slamming doors all night we had a good trip to Cooperstown though

Knowing what I know now,...
Liked: Charged me two times for the same room. Told me, because I used Booking.com, I couldn’t get my money back from the second reservation.

OK for a short stay
Liked: Comfortable enough for a night or two, small gym and pool included. Breakfast was ok.

Very nice stay.
Liked: The location was good. The price too. Good breakfast. The fridge and microwave was useful too.
Disliked: The tv was impossible. The WiFi was sketchy at best. I asked about it but nothing was done

Exceptional
Liked: The staff was not unfriendly but they were not friendly either. They did not greet me with even a hello. When I needed something at the desk, not 1 of the 3 employees acknowledged me.
