Liked: The staff was great. Helpful and friendly. Victoria was very accommodating and kind. Rooms were clean and the pool and grounds were well maintained. Breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. The floor above ours made a lot of noise as people walked around. The rooms were dated and warm.

Liked: The front desk staff member was very helpful
Disliked: The entire facility smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. The walls and ceilings were extremely thin. Every movement made in adjoining rooms and upper floors could be heard. Conversations in hallways carried into rooms, people running up and down the hallways until late morning hours. Doors closed to adjoining rooms would slam loudly. Beds are extremely firm. I had to go to a different facility to complete my trip.

Liked: Breakfast was very good - nice choices, hot, and fresh.
Disliked: Don't allow "long term" or any guests for that matter to sleep in the public areas (media center).
