Disliked: Night clerk was kind of a pain. Accused me of putting cigarette butts in a planter when it in fact wasn't me .

Liked: I like that it's located in a very business like area with a lot of places to shop and eat within walking distance and close to driving.
Disliked: I was really offended by one of the housekeeping. I just got out of the shower the morning before check out. It was a hour before actual check out so as I was getting ready, I heard a knock on the door. Before I could react, this older lady opened the door and just walked into my room catching me off guard. I stood there in shock and she said sorry and closed the door. That really bothered me. I stayed at this hotel more than 4 times in the past and nothing like this has ever happened. Housekeeping usually knock and wait for a answer, this one didn't. I told the lady at the front desk and she said she would let the manager know. That woman probably was related to manager and does her own thing. She won't receive any backlash from that. Since I know she won't, I won't be staying here no longer in the future. Guests privacy and convenience is important in travel and I travel alot over the years. I have never experienced this disrespect from hotel staff. Train your people better and focus more on detail cleaning because they could've done a better job cleaning bathroom with hairs on the shower walls.

Liked: Ms. Jigna Patel, the staff at the counter was very professional and friendly. She was ready to get me into another room when I called and told her that the AC was not working and that the room was very hot.Wonderful person with a great attitude and personality.Breakfast was okay. Did not like the way the eggs were cooked, a bit watery.
Disliked: The room had a very bad smell to it as soon as I got in.The bed was never made up properly. It seemed like the sheets were just pulled up and did not appear to be properly made up. Body Wash bottle was completely empty. Did not have a pen to leave a note but left a long piece of tissue hanging from the empty bottle hoping it would trigger their attention but that didn’t help.

Liked: The staff treated me like family! They called immediately when I drove off without my extra pillow. Then met me at the door with it and bid me a happy journey. The breakfast was hot and the dining area was clean and well stocked. The room was clean and updated and the bed very comfortable. Hope to stop there again.
