Exceptional

Liked: The location was very nice

Negative experience

Liked: The 24 hour pool and hot tub was the only reason to stay here. Also, the cleaning lady was really friendly and nice.
Disliked: The overall experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially for the high price point being charged for this hotel which is extremely outdated. There was so much confusion around the booking process and changing our room to try to accommodate for allergies that it started the trip on a bad note. They eventually came up with a solution, but a request had been made via messenger weeks prior to the stay for a non pet room and the request was ignored/never replied to. When we changed rooms, our shower then broke (the handle rusted off from the inside). A request was made to fix it, they forgot, but the problem was then fixed. At the breakfast area, the man working there is extremely unprofessional, rude and off putting, quite literally locking the doors at the 10am cutoff time and kicking elderly people out. He should not work in customer service. Overall the facilities were outdated and very overpriced and the staff did not have a good handle on things, leading to an unpleasant and disappointing stay. I will not stay again and would not recommend it when you can get a better hotel in town for $100 less a night.

Superb

Liked: I like staying in Astoria, Oregon because it is a good jump off.Point to go to all of the beaches just to the south like a stack rock and seaside oregon. The room was very clean, nice and tidy.As always, there were no issues and it was very pleasant. I also like to go to cape disappoint. Ment., which is only a 1/2 hour as well over in Washington.So this works well for me.
Disliked: I stayed there on a monday and tuesday, took.A little bit to Check-in.But I think they were just a little busy which was odd for a week day but all was okay.
