Liked: Was charged for staying at a place I never booked.
Disliked: I booked online for Colfax WA. I was charged for WA and Colfax CA. Booking.com will not return my emails and give me a refund. I need to be contacted! (208) 628-3691, landline. [email protected] treat people right and refund money incorrectly charged!

A good place that needs...

Liked: The breakfast was fair, the location was fine
Disliked: It sounds crazy, but we asked for another blanket and were told to drive to a Walmart 20 miles away

Satisfied…I recommend staying there

Liked: Good location,very clean, comfortable beds and breakfast was a plus. My kids enjoyed staying there.

Just what I needed for...

Liked: The location. It was located just a few blocks from downtown historic Colfax and right off interstate 80. It was a chain so know it would be decent until like private motels in that area can be sketchy. The coffee was excellent at breakfast.
Disliked: The food at breakfast. I guess what I didn't like was its a big hotel with all the accoutriments that you need but its cookie-cutter, cheap construction.

Good hotel, poor breakfast!

Liked: Super clean hotel. Comfy rooms. Good location. Convenience Stores, Starbucks, Pizza shops, Taco Bell, etc very close to it.
Disliked: We've stayed at lots of BW hotels in the past. Breakfast is bad compared to Best Western standards. Most of the things were broken while we stayed here (one of the waffle makers, yogurt machine, coffee machine vended out diluted coffee). There was no peanut butter, strawberry jam, bananas, or butter available. Bread had fungus on and I had to bring it to the attention of the person in charge. Except the breakfast, everything else about this hotel is good. But compared to BW standards, they are lagging significantly behind.
