All in all, a clean, well run and attractive hotel. Delicious buffet breakfast and well staffed.

Liked: Very clean and pleasant, helpful staff.
Disliked: Pool looked a bit dirty.

Lobby was dirty and had no AC. Guy at the front desk was very rude and said they never should of booked us a room because they don't usually book to Brevard residents. Why they would not want to book with locals is beyond me. So we left! The room was already paid for - I am now trying to get my money back.

Disliked: when I checked in the front desk knew I had four meal vouchers but they didn't credit it to my room causing me to then have to pay over $130 for not so great food. when I called to complain about this I was told there's nothing they can do to re credit me the money for my meal vouchers. That's not acceptable.

Disliked: Had to change rooms due to shower not working. The sliding door for the bathroom was hard to open and close. The entry door was stuck and hard to open and close.

Disliked: Room by smoking ashtray people had chairs out there all night and early morning talking. Breakfast very crowded ,waffle mix watered down so was sausage gravy. Pillows on bed still small like last time. Mini. Bathroom dirty, walls patched not painted
