Best Western Coach House, Springfield

I made the reservations for a family get together and although they thought I was cheap they decided we got a great hotel with a good price. Surprisingly great continental breakfast. Very, very clean rooms. I will stay again.

Disliked: Beds are uncomfortable. Adjoining room door allowed massive amounts of noise between rooms.

Great hotel but poor gym

Liked: Staff were great. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was tasty but all utensils were plastic single use and wasteful.The gym was poor. 3 cardio machines and a cable fly machine with damaged cables.

Coach House Springfield

Liked: We liked being able to park in front of our room. The room was good size and had frig and microwave. Towels were nice and plenty full. Bed a king was comfortable. The temp was regulated in the room and very efficient. Grounds were nice, the pool wasn't opened yet. The breakfast and attendants were excellent. We were there for 6 nights, in Springfield to visit family.
Disliked: My only issue, and possibly OUR phone server...Would not work for calls, if we got away from the building, over near the pool etc. Then we could make calls and they would go through and not drop.
