Good hotel for a seaside...

Liked: Room was very clean, comfy bed, air conditioning is working which is great in hot days. There was free water in the fridge which was handy in hot weather. The desk was good for work and I had amazing views from the window. Breakfast was ok, as you may expect from the classic old hotel. The choice was a bit limited in my view (english breakfast, some fruits, musli, choice of bread). The location of the hotel is perfect - very close to the seaside and zigzag path.
Disliked: The parking at hotel is very limited. You can pay for discounted parking at hotel reception (8 pounds per day). However I was unlucky enough to get PCN straight on my first day due to a mistake from hotel staff when registering my parking permit. They have offered to challenge the PCN with council which is much appreciated. Also the WiFi is patchy in the hotel and can be very slow. So if you need good WiFi you may have to stay somewhere else.
