Well, we got there a little late. My niece was the first one there and they let her get a key to the room. Our room was clean and comfortable, also well stocked with everything we needed. We got back from the concert about 11 and crashed. We checked out the next morning about 9am and headed straight for breakfast. Since we were late we didn't get a chance to try out the pool. I will definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

Liked: It was clean; a little more updated than a few places I have been. The best breakfast! That was a big deal to me. Staff was great!
Disliked: Nothing bad.

The minute you walk into the room the stinch hits you and doesn't get any better, even when the air conditioning is turned on. I don't think of a Best Western looking like this as my wife and I were very dissapointed. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Liked: It was close to Riverbend Music Center
Disliked: Non-smoking room that smelled terrible and overall was very dingy and dirty

Superb

Liked: The continential breakfast was definitely a perk. The staff was very friendly. The water pressure was great! I saw a lot of compliants that people were saying the water pressure was bad and room was outdated. I didn't see that at all. The room looked updated.
Disliked: Only small complaint was the shower curtain up where the hooks met the rod, the fabric was ripped pretty good and they needed to be replaced. I guess you may not even notice that unless you're in the shower. So I just wanted to let you know.
