Well, we got there a little late. My niece was the first one there and they let her get a key to the room. Our room was clean and comfortable, also well stocked with everything we needed. We got back from the concert about 11 and crashed. We checked out the next morning about 9am and headed straight for breakfast. Since we were late we didn't get a chance to try out the pool. I will definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

Liked: It was clean; a little more updated than a few places I have been. The best breakfast! That was a big deal to me. Staff was great!
Disliked: Nothing bad.

The minute you walk into the room the stinch hits you and doesn't get any better, even when the air conditioning is turned on. I don't think of a Best Western looking like this as my wife and I were very dissapointed. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Liked: It was close to Riverbend Music Center
Disliked: Non-smoking room that smelled terrible and overall was very dingy and dirty

Disliked: No elevators. Booked a suite, placed In request for preferred 1st floor for accessibility. When I checked in was given 2nd floor suite and told there were none available on 1st floor. Due to disabilities myself and sister were unable to lug our luggage up flight of stairs and then to have to come up and down the stairs everytime to leave was not feasible. There is nothing on hotel site or this site that I could fine that states this hotel/motel is not handicapped accessible due to NO elevator. I had to book a second room on the spot. Which I did not anticipate with the cost. Unfortunately we would have stayed elsewhere if we had known there wasn’t an elevator. The description really needs to be updated.

Great Stay!

Liked: Check in took 5 minutes, check out took 2 seconds. The room was nice and cold which we loved and it was very clean and nice. I checked the beds for creatures because I'm paranoid from previous old reviews but everything was perfect. We used the fridge and microwave. Bathroom and shower was nice and clean. The breakfast was really good. I loved the waffles lol. Will definitely be using this location again for future concerts.
Disliked: Honestly I do not have a complaint about it.
