Perfect respite in convenient location

Liked: Very conveniently placed just off the A14, welcoming and very helpful staff, delicious evening meal, quiet and comfortable room on ground floor close to car park.
Disliked: Just a small problem, but unless you are a giant the shower gel is positioned far too high when standing in the bath!

Good car park clean hotel...

Liked: Spotless staff were lovely and helpful
Disliked: Had to change room because lock broken on our door but sorted quickly However felt we could have been offered a free drink or breakfast to make up for having to move and new room a lot smaller than our first room

Disliked: Only from my experience,maybe is not like this every night but we had a group of people making noise all night,we couldnt sleep at all.The staff and the manager should do something about this.Is not fair on others.
