Liked: Morning breakfast staff Svetlana and Iva were very helpful in making our stay pleasant. Always seeing to our needs during breakfast. Very warm service.
Disliked: I wanted a stand alone shower, unfortunately the hotel does not have it.

Stuffs, breakfasts and block-out curtains...

Liked: The location is great, it’s near by the old town but also quite as well. With the block-out curtains, you can sleep tight and don’t be worried about the sun in the early morning. We spent 4 nights and had 5 breakfasts, each breakfast they offer the different food made by chefs (I meant e.g. toast with different toppings), which make the hotel is totally worth to stay even longer. :)

Okay but I would not...

Liked: The staff are helpful, especially the ladies at the breakfast area who are also friendly. The breakfast spread is really decent and has everything you need to get the day started. Location is strategic as it is very accessible by public transport within the city and to the airport, and a few sights are also closeby. If you choose to walk, some areas may take you up to 30 minutes.
Disliked: Expect minimal friendliness from the staff, as nobody is greeted upon entering or exiting the hotel. One of the receptionist was not good at her job - Told me a technician would come to my room but after 15 minutes I called to check if someone is coming. Then only she explained to me that no one will be coming as the technician has already explained the situation to her. So, this was quite frustrating. The room I was in (and many of the rooms) are close to the tram tracks and roads, so it is quite noisy. Calmness is somewhere between 11pm to 6am. If you are visiting Prague during a period where the temperature is not hot enough that the hotel will allow air-conditioning, then be prepared to open the windows and hear the noise outside, as this is what I did. Pillows are awfully flat that they practically do not serve its purpose. All these elements combined, I did not have good rest, but considering that it was 120 euros/night with breakfast included, I would let this pass but never again.

Liked: We had a nice stay there for a week. The room was clean and pleasant. The location is close to the metro and trams, situated between the main attractions of Prague, but on a side street, which made the nights quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile.

Exceptional

Liked: We had a great week in a spacious room with balcony. Breakfast was excellent and the staff too. A calm area (given a soft rumble of nearby trams) close to public transportations. Will come back.

A fantastic hotel that we...

Liked: The hotel is in a fantastic location approximately 20-30 minutes walk to the main sites of attraction. We didn’t need to pay for much public transport because we could walk to most places every day. To get to the hotel from the airport was also very quick, and only required a single bus (100) and a metro (B line). There is also a very convenient lift across the street from the hotel which takes you down to the metro if you have luggage. Our room was extremely comfortable with lots of space, and the staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast, as others have described, was also delicious and very consistent every morning! Lastly, the hotel very kindly allowed us to use their luggage storage room on our final day due to a late flight.
Disliked: It was a little bit warm (18-20°C) and the air conditioning didn’t work (perhaps due to the wrong season and the fact that it wasn’t summer), but we opened a few windows which kept the temperature regulation fine.
