Over all a nice hotel...

Liked: Stuff was very friendly, the room very clean.
Disliked: My room was in the building outside of the hotel and unfortunately one could hear everything. It was not very well isolated and there was the ventilation which was on all night and could not be turned off.

Great location in a lovely...

Liked: Great location under the Citadel on the edge of the town. Very easy access into their car park, albeit the spaces are tight for a large car. Very easy walking distance to all the main sights and all the many local restaurants in the town. No bar/restaurant there but they do an excellent buffet breakfast. All very friendly helpful staff have stayed before and would happily stay again.
Disliked: The rooms are dark and even the breakfast room has low lighting.

A Perfect retreat as stopover

Liked: an excellent stop-over hotel, 24/7 h secured parking (reservation in advance essential), great breakfast buffet with a lot of local organic food and the city itself is a treasure to discover: You walk literally in seconds from the Roman empire to Baroque :-)

Disliked: Breakfast is quite diverse but very expensive, and the internet signal is very weak.

Overpriced for quality provided

Liked: - Small but comfortable room with sofa and fridge- Nice bed
Disliked: - Very noisy with people and cars constantly disturbing people on the ground floor, especially with such poor insulation- Extremely hot rooms with no A/C function available, meaning you need to open windows, making it nosier- Excessive price of parking - 15euros for 1 night
