Arthur, Bloomington, visiting North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre

Just an average room; not worth the price of $135.00 a stay.

Liked: Close to Mattress Firm Amphitheater.
Disliked: Parking is limited; TV has about 4 watchable channels.

Was OK - not many options close to venue. Request side away from freeway.

Liked: Staff was great and helpful.
Disliked: Located right next to freeway; very loud.

I called the night before and Cindy, I think was her name, was so helpful with info regarding venue details (Sleep Train). If you are driving a car, leave very early because traffic is awful. We decided to take our motorcycle and that's the way to go. Preferred parking up front. Traffic never a issue. The room was great. Clean, spacious with fridge and microwave. Also, they have smoking rooms. We got there at 12:30 and Maria got us into the room we wanted (smoking, king bed) immediately. I would definitely stay again next time we go to a show at Sleep Train. Also, venue is only 2.5 miles away. Plus there is a gas station/convenience store next door. And liquor store next to that.

Liked: Staff friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Jill, Palm Desert

We went to check in at 3:15 pm and there was a line. They told us they were having troubles with housekeeping - said it would be maximum 30 minutes before we could get in room 236 (May 23rd). Room was not ready until 5:20pm and the A/C never worked right. We complained at check out and they told us they would give us $50 off the room rate - haven't seen the discount yet. Very upset and will most likely never stay there. Had a concert to be at 6:30 and no time to use room or get dinner before. Very dissappointed.

Disliked: Room not ready at check in time 3:00 pm.
