Excellent hotel on Chiswick High...

Liked: The communication with the hotel over parking was great prior to arrival. The room was spacious, clean, quiet (bearing in mind proximity to Chiswick High Street, Great reasonably priced parking (for London). Warm welcome upon arrival. Handy for Turnham Green Tube station. We were initially offered a room in the basement but having seen the very small windows from the park, didn't really fancy that, so reception upgraded us to a lager family room on the ground floor that was excellent. Lots of local dining options. If you like Tapas, visit Avanti a short stroll away.

Liked: In general all fine, nice hotel and friendly stuff. Location was great as well, with many nice places for drink, snack or breakfast, and close metro station.
Disliked: Room was ok, but carpets are a bit dirty - take slippers with you :) Otherwise clean room, nothing to complain.

Liked: I like the location. Convenient and accessible to transportation.
Disliked: The room was DEFINITELY NOT like the picture posted with my booking. The room was not modern, the floors made noise each time you walked around the room, also certain parts of the room did not smell nice. The washroom is very small, and the beds are not comfortable at all. When we all woke up in the mornings, it took a while to stand up straight (just not comfortable). The stairs and walkway in the halls were making noise when walking. Not what I expected, based on the photos. We checked out early, and we didn't want to spend another night. Also, it would have been more convenient to have outlets (plugs) in between the beds. The breakfast should have been complementary.
