It was fine for a one night stay after getting back really late from the venue.

Liked: Overall it was fine.
Disliked: The sliding glass door did not lock and only had a bar - the pin at the top did not work and had 2 different drill holes that did not keep it in place. The slider should lock, to make customers feel safer.

Needs a remodel

Liked: The room is large. Plenty of room for my husband, myself, and our two teenage daughters. There are two sinks/vanities, so very nice having two daughters. Despite the age, the room seemed clean.
Disliked: The hotel needs a remodel. The long hallways are poorly lit and go downhill since the hotel is on a slope. I felt like I was heading down to a subway station. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew.

Bed bugs!!!

Disliked: The room we stayed in had Bed Bugs!!! We got room 231, a double queen. I slept on the bed close to the AC. After the first night I got a few bites on my right leg and my right arm- 3 or 4. I was thinking it was from a mosquito, cause the balcony door was open. The following morning my arm and leg were itchy and I had at least 10 bites. Big ones. I went to the reception and showed the lady my leg and arm. She basically said "I'm sorry" and that was all. I asked her to check the room after we leave and let me know what they found. Nothing, they found nothing. Now, the tragedy is that I brought them home. I need to mention that my husband who slept on the other bed didn't get a single bite. Anyway, long story short,the morning after our return we both woke up with more bites. My husband had a few on his arm and on his chest, close to the collar bone.I went to a walking clinic and they confirmed that I have bed bugs bites. I called the hotel to let them know, the receptionist accused me of trying to get a refund and hung up on me. And the fun just began - I threw away the pillows, the mattress protector, I washed, steamed, vacuumed and sprayed everything from my bedroom to the living room. I am still itchy, I have nightmares, wake up in the middle of the night to check up the bed, basically I live in fear. Everyone who had bed bugs knows what I am talking about. I took pictures of my biten arms and leg. I truly believe in onest reviews, I always write down my objective opinion about places we stay, eat or visit. I wouldn't lie about such a thing like a hotel room having bed bugs. I didn't ask for a refund, although I spent almost $200 on new pillows, mattress protector and disinfectant. I just wanted them to acknowledge and confirm the facts. I'm not saying that the hotel is infested, I'm just writing my onest review. I'll never use that hotel again.

Disliked: The guy at the front counter didn’t care for after I asked about my stuff that got thrown away last time all he said was don’t put it buy the garbage cans, when I didn’t he has a attitude about himself didn’t care for it, so won’t be staying they’re anymore

Liked: Bed was decent
Disliked: It was in severe need to be refurbished. The toilet was old and needed a new toilet seat, bathroom small, tub and shower was put together poorly. Sliding glass door didn't lock only had a bar to lock it in place. One outlet wasn't working. It was a lot of money to pay for a room in this poor of shape.
