Liked: The location was perfectly located off of the highway for a nice one night stay to break up the driving. I was greeted with a smile. Check in was easy. Breakfast was included. The breakfast server was on point. She was friendly, kept all items stocked on the buffet and everything clean. The room was clean and comfy.

We checked in and immediately...

Liked: There was nothing to like about the hotel or the experience with the unprofessional staff. The room smelled like death.
Disliked: I did not like the condition of the hotel. It was not clean and smelled terrible. It is not a family hotel. My children did not feel safe and our service dog was all over the room sniffing. The manager hung up on us when we called to request our refund and she stated we stayed at the hotel. She called us liars. We had checked in and then immediately checked back out. The front desk had told us that we would be refunded and to contact Booking. We did that and the Motel manager lied to Booking. So unprofessional and dishonest. This is a hotel for hookers I believe. I filed a complaint with Best Western Corporate offices.
