Liked: It’s right off the highway, walking distance to great breweries and restaurants/bars. Comfy bed. Free, stable wifi.
Disliked: Neighborhood felt just a tad sketchy. Front of hotel could use better lighting. Elevator looked like it has seen better days, nicks and scratches. RoomAC didn’t work. No on-site breakfast.

Liked: The housekeeper in the front desk, young man were exceptionally nice, helpful, and very polite !
Disliked: You have homeless and drug users all around walking through the parking lot. When I came in the first room and started looking, I seen dead insects like big spiders and ants were crawling on the bed. When I exited the room, I looked back at the door and it looked like it wasn’t closed, but it was and I stuck my license in there and I opened the door right up. I returned to the front desk. The gentleman gave me a different room and I also did the same thing. Just like a room had huge spiders on the wall and on the desk, some alive and some were dead, and there were also ants crawling all over the bed. I had to clean the toilet because there was fecal matter all over the hit a rim of the toilet and a little bit on the seat. The hotel was very dated with one of the elevators being out of order, and you could barely fit your luggage through the doorway to get into the elevator with the luggage cart. The front desk clerk needs a raise for his exceptional service to this company.
