Liked: The bed was very comfortable, many surfaces to put things on and hooks to hang things on. Nice shower!
Disliked: The fridge temp knob was broken and set on a warm setting, however, the man at the front desk went out of his way to bring a wrench and adjust it by hand. Also, the wifi didn't work at first, but he reset the whole system and after a while it worked. So the things that went wrong were made up for by the very competent and helpful staff. Something that couldn't be fixed was a strong oder in the room.

Clean room; ADA violation and...

Liked: Clean recently renovated room.
Disliked: The front desk attendant asked my mother if she needed the handicapped accessible room that I reserved because if not, there are people who could use it. She told him that I likely booked the roll-in shower due to her hip and knee surgeries in recent years, so she didn't have to step over a tub ledge; which is exactly why I booked it that way which he ignored and switched our room. He also said he couldn't use my card to pay for the room without an email from me authorizing him to do so, despite that being the card I put on file and have previously authorized for payment with booking.com...and made her use another card, because she arrived, room I put in her name, with my daughter 4.5 hrs before my wife and I in order to use the pool... my daughter (5) got out of the pool and has a rash on her face and legs and appears to be chlorine rash and another child (6) that was swimming with her at the same time now has the same rash.
