Nice stay and accommodating to allow checking in earlier; the downfall of this room we stayed in was that the tap for the shower, where you changed from bath to shower was falling out of the wall. Could use some maintenance especially for a king bed suite. Check out was stated as 11;30 on the booking but we where told that check out is at 11:00. Overall it was a good stay, but you need to better maintain your rooms.

Liked: Nice comfortable bed and pillows; close to venue.
Disliked: The shower was literally falling apart; check out time was not the same as previously agreed upon on booking.

Liked: The choice of dishes were not adequate e.g. pancake and waffle would have enriched the breakfast. Banana in fruit was missing, hot chocolate milk could have been added. The team of staff in dining room was exceptionally excellent.

Disliked: The room was a bit too noisy. You could hear water running, toilets flushing, ect. Cars starting. Maybe because our room was main floor facing the road .. but it looks like all rooms face a road lol. It's really not a bad hotel at all otherwise.

Liked: The welcome staff was friendly and outgoing.
Disliked: The bed was lumpy, it sounded like there was water trickling through the walls. It was loud due to the location of the room facing the Main Street. The water issue (which was explained to us at check in) was handled very well, and it was to be down from 11:00am to 2:00pm. When we returned to our room around 9:30pm, the shower was working (though there were small bits of black in the water), but the tap was still not properly. Not sure if I’d stay again to be honest.
