Best Western Cedar Park Inn

Nice stay and accommodating to allow checking in earlier; the downfall of this room we stayed in was that the tap for the shower, where you changed from bath to shower was falling out of the wall. Could use some maintenance especially for a king bed suite. Check out was stated as 11;30 on the booking but we where told that check out is at 11:00. Overall it was a good stay, but you need to better maintain your rooms.

Liked: Nice comfortable bed and pillows; close to venue.
Disliked: The shower was literally falling apart; check out time was not the same as previously agreed upon on booking.

Staff was great; room was nice and clean and welcoming. Would stay at this hotel again. Thank you all!

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: There was so much chlorine in the pool that we were actually unable to use the facility. Everyone’s eyes started burning as soon as we stepped into the pool room. We were worried that it was a dangerous level.
