Best Western Cedar Park Inn

Nice stay and accommodating to allow checking in earlier; the downfall of this room we stayed in was that the tap for the shower, where you changed from bath to shower was falling out of the wall. Could use some maintenance especially for a king bed suite. Check out was stated as 11;30 on the booking but we where told that check out is at 11:00. Overall it was a good stay, but you need to better maintain your rooms.

Liked: Nice comfortable bed and pillows; close to venue.
Disliked: The shower was literally falling apart; check out time was not the same as previously agreed upon on booking.

Staff was great; room was nice and clean and welcoming. Would stay at this hotel again. Thank you all!

Disliked: Was very busy when we were there and had to wait a very long time to check in . Also we loved the room we were in but the drawers in the dresser kept rolling open like it was tilted

Disliked: I specifically needed a handicap accessible shower and two queen beds, which is what I booked online via Booking.com. At the hotel, I was told they did not have any rooms like that and it was a mistake that the website shows that option and lets you book it.

Liked: The hotel's serene atmosphere was a perfect haven, and its location was spot-on. But what truly shone was the breakfast – it was absolutely delightful and stole the show.
