Best Western Cedar Park Inn

Nice stay and accommodating to allow checking in earlier; the downfall of this room we stayed in was that the tap for the shower, where you changed from bath to shower was falling out of the wall. Could use some maintenance especially for a king bed suite. Check out was stated as 11;30 on the booking but we where told that check out is at 11:00. Overall it was a good stay, but you need to better maintain your rooms.

Liked: Nice comfortable bed and pillows; close to venue.
Disliked: The shower was literally falling apart; check out time was not the same as previously agreed upon on booking.

Staff was great; room was nice and clean and welcoming. Would stay at this hotel again. Thank you all!

Disliked: There were adjoining doors to another room and the people were very loud.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was okay. But there's no fruits available. Han & eggs were a little hardened. Just okay for simple breakfast.
Disliked: The TV system was terrible. The HDMI on all the cheap old Panasonic TV doesn't work in all the rooms even after changing the room. The TV program doesn't show any information on the show. Very poor tv system.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Booked a balcony room on booking.com . Unfortunately they said it’s not available even though I booked a month ago. The balcony room was the reason we booked there. They let me know their air conditioner wasn’t on yet after we checked in, The rooms were so hot, wasn’t a very good sleep. They wouldn’t allow our delivery person to come up to our room, I had to come to the front door for pick up. Definitely wasn’t the most accommodating place.

Disliked: The housekeeping was poor, very badly done beds and no cleaning.Plus the carpets were not very clean and stinky.
