The staff were super friendly. Good place for the price.

Disliked: No transportation.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am up that way.

Liked: Air conditioning; clean rooms - smelled really good when walking into hotel and rooms.
Disliked: Nothing really bad. I didn't see a guide for the cable TV to see channels.

Disliked: Toilet wasn't cleaned and sink was clogged.

Liked: The pool was amazing!! The room itself was nice and comfortable. The staff were nice and any issue we had was dealt with swiftly and quietly.
Disliked: We had a minute bed linen issue that was quickly dealt with, so nothing to bad...

Liked: Breakfast was enjoyable and basic. We appreciated the effort of accommodating a mobility chair for the bathroom for my impaired partner. Would like to see more accommodations for ADA approved.
Disliked: We should have called the front desk about the about the patron that was above us on the 3rd floor were all ways walking and pounding while we tried to sleep until 12:00 ish at night. It was rather annoying!

Liked: The location and size of the room were excellent as I was in town for a wedding and several receptions, etc. were held in my room. The breakfast was exceptional 4 days.
Disliked: I would have given the property a 10, but it was ruined by the fact that housekeeping never once in 5 days did ANYTHING in my room. Every morning I would tell them I was leaving and would be back in a few hours for a reception in my room. There were 3 of us in the room and never once did housekeeping give us new towels, make the beds, or empty the garbage. I even tipped the housekeeper one morning and she assured me it would be cleaned when we returned. It wasn't. I contacted the front desk as it was such an embarrassment bringing the wedding party back to our room for a reception. Nothing was done but a lame apology. It literally ruined the reception after the wedding.
