Best Western Cascade Inn & Suites

Liked: I liked that the window in our room actually opened all the way. I enjoyed their fantastic breakfast which had an extensive menu. I appreciated the air conditioner and the cleanliness of our room.
Disliked: There was no ice machine on the first floor you had to go up to the second or third floor. They have a little store to buy stuff from which was closed early the second night that we were there. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the room was terrible. The hours for the swimming pool and hot tub are not conducive to our schedule and close early. The hot tub was awesome the pool however was beyond small and it was enclosed and a tiny room with no air movement.

Very poor!

Liked: People next door had tv turned up and we could hear every word from them and the tv. That lasted until after midnight. Our stays at other places aren’t so noisy. Seemed like a stay in a cheap motel. Breakfast was loaded with junk food. Not healthy.
