Safe and good location

Liked: This is a great place to stay! My daughter and I chose it for its perfect location near Carowinds, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. Breakfast was tasty and a nice way to start the day.We felt safe and comfortable here. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, and it’s a wonderful choice for families with children. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Decent stay, but a little...

Liked: The staff was very nice. The rooms were decently sized with fresh paint on the walls. The breakfast was good although they ran out of the main items very quickly. A waffle house next door was very handy because Kings Dominion lets out past the closing times of the other restaurants around. The location and parking felt very safe.
Disliked: The mattresses were past their prime and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The water in the lobby was empty during our entire stay. Only one key was supplied for three guests in the room and it did not work and needed to be activated again. Only one towel was provided per guest. We showered more than once and had to reuse those towels wet.
