Met the basic needs but...

Liked: The room layout, flooring and the breakfast. It was pretty large and great for a family. Two TVs. Gave me physical receipt when requested.
Disliked: Not the cleanest it could be, stains on pullout couch, uncovered outlets, ceiling peeling, hot water was incorrectly labeled, one water facet not working, really needs a little maintenance to claim the star value that it does.

Liked: that it was close to most of my activities.
Disliked: that house keeping entered my room without knocking before not checking to see how many Nights I was staying.

Okay but overpriced IMO.

Liked: Clean, nice size room. Mattress was comfortable. Sparse furnishings were adequate. Didn't try the indoor pool.
Disliked: Stairs required to access side entrance. Difficult with luggage. Very slow single elevator. Badly overcrowded and packed breakfast area; not just uncomfortable but unsafe as well. TV volume was artificially limited below normal speaking volume, I suppose to minimize risk of annoying neighboring rooms. Relatively high cost for what it is; a superficially refurbished retread property such as chains often trade on the secondary market.
