A happy place to stay...

Liked: I like the Carlton Hotel because there is parking facilities at the front of the Hotel.The Hotel is right on the sea front, away from the town centre but not too far away. There is a tram service right outside too.The staff are friendly and helpful and helped us to get a room accessible by a lift. We were very happy to get a room with a sea view.The meals were cooked to a high standard and the staff were pleasant and polite when waiting on table (for evening meal which was optional) and convenient.Everywhere was clean in the Hotel and also the linens in the room. The only drawback to our room was the shower, which had no grab rail on the wall.The Hotel has a lovely terrace where guests can sit outside, enjoy a cuppa and look out at the sea view.Blackpool shops and the famous Tower are nearby, also Lytham St Anne's where there are Cafes and shops and which is near to the seafront.I would recommend this Hotel and we hope to return.
Disliked: The shower hadn't got a grab rail.

Liked: Reception staff and the young girl at breakfast were excellent so friendly and cheerful With a disability the tram stop outside was really handy

Liked: All amazing and we have boked for Christmas. It was great for our dog too.

Liked: room was clean, quiet, a comfortable bed, tea making facilities, good location right next to the Pleasant St. Tram and Bus stops, short hop to the promenade, good value budget room.
Disliked: no negative comment to make
