The hotel was fine as...

Liked: Location was great at the north side of Blackpool Tower about 500m away.
Disliked: Rooms are tired and needing upgrade

Liked: The staff were all amazing and friendly especially the people in the breakfast area,so attentive and the brekkie selection was also very good,check in /reception,cleaners were also very welcoming and accommodating

Disliked: Rooms were a bit too warm however there was a fan to help with this in the rooms

Brilliant

Liked: Loved the breakfast. Beds were so comfortable. All our room was very clean. The bar was spacious and airy
Disliked: Needed a blind to pull down on the little window in bedroom

Liked: Great location for the event we were attending and getting a car park space was so convenient.
Disliked: The cold water didn't work in my shower, but randomly came one after I'd finished!!!

Night away with the family

Liked: Staff were outstanding, really polite and great service during the evening, when checking in and during breakfast.
Disliked: For the price everything was fine.
