Excellent accommodations.

Liked: Breakfast fine. Facilities excellent Front office Attendant is not suited for the job. Front desk needs to be cordial, warm, welcoming. She had none of these qualities.

Disliked: The Jacuzzi wasn’t working, I was not told until after I arrived and gave her my card to pay for the room. I had to pay full price for a hotel with a pet friendly room only when I do not have any pets. Had to walk across the street to use a jacuzzi which I could not get in either because their keys do not work, front desk could not figure out how to open it either. Sheets had hair on them and were uncomfortable, overall a bad stay and would love some kind of discount or compensation as a rewards member. (Also unsure what the rewards member program is good for since I did not get any discounts, points applied, or any resolution to better accommodate my stay after all the issues at the hotel)
