The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our room and the continental breakfast. The hotel is perfectly located for our trip to the beach and then the Coach House for a concert. We would stay here again.

Liked: The room was great; nice decor; comfortable bed.

Liked: Courteous staff; clean rooms. Everyone in our group had a good stay.
Disliked: Shuttle to concert stops at 9:30 pm, but concerts end around 12. No return ride.

Great hotel. Clean room and recently re-plastered pool / jacuzzi. Thank you.

Liked: Comfy bed, friendly front desk folks!Surprisingly quiet inside room despite freeway proximity, at least in room 411.TV was good quality and size with plenty of choices.Breakfast was awesome. I've stayed at plenty of BW. This one had best breakfast.Although the heavy lids for hot foods would not stay open. So one had to hold lid open with one hand and use other hand to manipulate/ serve food onto plate resting on counter top. Kinda awkward.
Disliked: Mildew/ mold on shower tile near shampoo/ soap dispenser. One dispenser was also missing, and the container for the conditioner was just sitting on top of other dispensing fixtures.Balcony door very hard to open, needed some lube on bottom slider.Bed is on a huge pedestal and zero room for toes. It's painful to constantly jam ones toes into it.Parking a little tight for larger trucks.

We traded comfort for location

Liked: The location was close to the mission for the most reasonable price in the area.
Disliked: The property is fairly run down, and the rooms were renovated, but with horrible stark lighting. The bathroom sink is separate from the bath and open to the whole room, so there is no privacy there. The bath/toilet are in the tiniest room, you can't really move easily in the area for dressing, etc. And the beds were very uncomfortable, making sleep difficult. Oh, and the coffee was so bad, even for hotel coffee, it was terrible. A little thing like good coffee can make a bad experience a good one.
