Liked: I loved the hotel is was very beautiful and omg the breakfast was yummy!!

Clean hotel near Burbank airport....

Liked: The property was fine and the staff was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is attached to a bowling alley. So the parking lot was full at night. Two out of the four nights, i was awaken to very loud guests. Not the fault of tge hotel or staff, but disappointing as I was looking for quiet.
Disliked: The noise of inebriated guests two out of four nights.

Awful mattresses.

Disliked: The mattress was totally worn out. Need new mattresses.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Clean area and the attendant was a very sweet woman. Who was very accommodating and even volunteered to assist. Desk staff was accommodating.
Disliked: Did not appreciate the mattress, or the noise in the hotel late at night. It was very noisy after 10 pm no one walked around to check and see if this was an issue. Young children and adults running through the hallways. The bed was very uncomfortable. We have been here three times. We keep giving it a chance, yet the beds need new mattresses. The construction workers that had blue shirts on were laying on the couches and lounge as if it was there home. The front staff should have had more control over the front desk area. Those men took up entire waiting couch areas, so no one else could sit.
