Exceptional

Costly due to having to get a 2nd room, but comfortable otherwise.

Disliked: The accommodation was not what we understood we had booked and we ended up having to book another room which doubled our cost and we were not at all pleased that we could not get adjusted accommodations and a rollaway bed.

Liked: Everyone was helpful and the hotel was spotless and they were very accommodating to our dogs and us

Disliked: Fire in laundry room, which caused temporary evacuation. I know this is unavoidable, but staff should have been walking around parking lot and communicating instead of just leaving us to guess. Then, I would have no complaints.
