Liked: I had a great experience during my stay. The hotel offers free parking and complimentary breakfast, which was a big plus. It's also conveniently located near the airport.The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, and the front desk officer was friendly and responded promptly to any needs or requests.The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were clean, which made for a pleasant night's sleep.
Disliked: Our stay had a few issues that affected the overall experience. One of the rooms we were assigned had an unpleasant smell coming from the carpet, which required us to request a room change. While the staff accommodated the request, it was an inconvenience.Additionally, there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room, which is usually expected for guest comfort.With some attention to cleanliness and basic amenities, the experience could be much better.

Liked: Cleaning staff was nice and attentive
Disliked: Room 216 smells moldy. REALLY moldy. I don't think the fan in restroom sucks the moisture out. The carpet outside the room next to the bathroom wall was wet. I think they're might be a leak in the floor/wall.

Liked: The place was clean. Covered parking.
Disliked: Urgently requires updating/redecorating and new carpets. The room had no information package. The room cards didn't work on three occasions so we had to go back to reception each time to have them renewed. The safe would not open one morning when we needed money to go on a booked trip. After calling reception at 08.15 we were told the maintenance man didn't start work until 9am so we had to wait. He eventually arrived at 09.25 after having a coffee and chat with the room cleaner outside our room. He then made us wait while he changed his clothes before spending 10 mins trying to open the safe. Just as well we weren't leaving the hotel that morning to catch a flight. Not impressed.

Liked: Luara in the breakfast area was the most helpful of all the staff in the hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast room is too small for numer of people staying in the hotel.Reception people are grumpy and could be a lot more friendly.Hotel lobby/reception area is disgustingly dirty - the carpet should be thrown aware and the chairs are not much better

It was a nice and...

Liked: The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The receptionist lacked customer service skill and didn’t even say hello, his first words where what is your name. But cleaning staff were very kind and polite.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was large and bed comfortable. However, our Son’s room had a dead cockroach in it for the entire three night stay. My parents’ room had the safe on the floor - it’s not appropriate for 80 year olds to get on their hands and knees to put things in and out of a safe.
Disliked: Location felt unsafe - many homeless people around. The outdoor courtyard pictured on the hotel’s photos no longer exists . This was disappointing as our family group could only congregate in the small hotel lobby.
