Helpful staff, close to Burbank...

Liked: Close to the Burbank Airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included.

Passable

Liked: Luara in the breakfast area was the most helpful of all the staff in the hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast room is too small for numer of people staying in the hotel.Reception people are grumpy and could be a lot more friendly.Hotel lobby/reception area is disgustingly dirty - the carpet should be thrown aware and the chairs are not much better

It was a nice and...

Liked: The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The receptionist lacked customer service skill and didn’t even say hello, his first words where what is your name. But cleaning staff were very kind and polite.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was large and bed comfortable. However, our Son’s room had a dead cockroach in it for the entire three night stay. My parents’ room had the safe on the floor - it’s not appropriate for 80 year olds to get on their hands and knees to put things in and out of a safe.
Disliked: Location felt unsafe - many homeless people around. The outdoor courtyard pictured on the hotel’s photos no longer exists . This was disappointing as our family group could only congregate in the small hotel lobby.

Very nice

Liked: Th staff was very nice and the continental breakfast was actually pretty decent.
Disliked: The location but that can’t be helped much. Also, the flooring was a bit damaged and worn in places

Good enough for 1-2 night...

Liked: Free parking included, hotel room was spacious with large bed. Good location and close to Universal Studios.
Disliked: The air in the room was stale. Some noise could be heard from the nearby street. Loud A/C, very basic breakfast.
