Very good

Liked: Everything was as one would expected of a single room with a single bed. It was tiny but cozy and the AC was a life-saving must given the heat outside.

Good location with clean rooms...

Liked: I wasn't sure if breakfast was included in the price so I didn't bother. Air conditioning was very good.
Disliked: I was in the basement so the sower drainage wasn't so good and the shower tray was shallow. However, someone came to clean and check it when requested.

Great location, helpful staff, would...

Liked: Location was perfect as I was taking a train from Victoria Station and it is a five minute walk. Also close to Buckingham Palace. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free specialty coffees in the lobby. The room air conditioning was more than adequate.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Modern clean and lovely friendly helpful staff
Disliked: A little bit hot. Although London was experiencing a heat wave.

Very good

Liked: It was clean and within walking distance to Victoria coach station which was an important factor to us. Compared to other area hotels it was a good price.
Disliked: There were no washcloths provided. Staff were efficient but not very friendly.

Great! Would stay again.

Liked: Right around the corner from where our Rabbies tour left from. Could not have been closer. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We spent one night at the beginning of our tour, and they held our excess luggage for four nights while we were on tour, then back with them for 3 additional nights. Worked out great. Very accommodating. Very central to everything. Victoria Station close by.
