Clean, small but very noisy

Liked: Location was good for meeting I was attending in Belgravia
Disliked: On arrival I was taken to a separate building which quite honestly was very clean and modern. The problem was that my room was on the very lowest level below ground and it sounded like it was actually on the tube station platform! The noise and vibration were incessant and as I was travelling for 2 days ruined any chance I had of getting an early night. As I say room was clean but quite small

Very cozy, clean and perfect...

Liked: Room was tidy and pretty, breakfast had lot of options to choose from, stuff was kind and welcoming. The location was close to bus and train station. Furthermore the location was in quite place and we felt save while walking back to the hotel
Disliked: The room was close to the train and tube tracks so we could not get a good night sleep.

Perfect place to stay if...

Liked: The staff were exceptional. The location was perfect very close to Victoria Station for tube and bus service. 25 minute walk to Buckingham Palace. LOVE, LOVE the staff. So helpful!!!! Restaurants and coffee shops close by. Tea and coffee available in your room and at the desk. Morning breakfast available for a price.
Disliked: Bathroom was small

Liked: Location (walking distance to Victoria/Buckingham palace), comfy bed
Disliked: Room next to train tracks so could be a bit noisy, very limited breakfast options
