Perfect for a couple of...

Liked: Great location and comfortable, quiet room. 24hr reception and the staff were very helpful - we had to extend our stay by one night and they were helpful with this, and leaving bags for a few hours after checking out was also no problem. Our downstairs room was always very warm when we got back from a day out but for this the room air-conditioning worked very well.
Disliked: Just be aware you might need to climb or descend some steep-ish stairs to get to your room - but this is the nature of staying in central London.

Enjoyed the stay!

Liked: Great location for our tour needs, very close to Golden Tours pick up, Victoria Station and Underground. Location was close to local restaurants and one restaurant gave you a 15% discount if you stayed at this Best Western. Room was small, but meet our needs, but stairs to reach our room were narrow and steep. However staff took our luggage to our room and brought them down when we departed; very helpful with wake-up calls and setting up transportation to airport. If we come back to London, we'll stay at this location again.
Disliked: Steep and narrow stairs to get to upper floors.

The best location to live...

Liked: Excellent location , 5 min. or less walking distance to victoria railway & underground station , and soo close to the coach station as wellStaff & warm & kind & helpfulRoom relatively small , but considered average size for the city of London. Prices also as per average.
Disliked: My room was located at the 4th floor - no elevator access.And being at the highest level, the room had the ceiling slopes on both sides with the bed in between - a little inconvenient especially with less attention which lead to several head accidents
