Great location & good value...

Liked: Excellent location, 5 mins walk from Victoria tube, room was warm ,clean and bed comfortable. Shower excellent Perfect for a work overnight stay in London, would definitely use againGreat value foe money
Disliked: Nothing, Odd that the reception is in a different building to the rooms, but no problem.

Great value, I wasn’t sure...

Liked: It was clean, safe, staff were great, I slept really well
Disliked: It felt a bit dodgy in the location but it’s near the station so to be expected. Water pressure wasn’t brilliant. I could hear the trains mildly but slept like a baby so not that bad

Location, value of the room...

Liked: The staff was amazing. Helped me find my way around, great dining recommendation and genuine willingness to assist me and answer all my questions. I will stay there again!

Liked: The bathroom is comfortable and spacious.
Disliked: The bed is small for 2 people to sleep. The room size is too small bit for the money we paid it's OK.We have to use stairs to carry luggage.

Liked: 1 of the 2 bedrooms was on & suitable
Disliked: The carpet in the bedroom was wet, when we arrived the thermostat was turned up to 30 degrees, we assume to try & dry the wet carpet. We turned the air con to dehumidifier mode when we went out which helped but the room was still damp
