Running a Scam

Liked: Beds were comfy
Disliked: I had pre-paid the booking. Upon checkin, they took USD 1100 as a security deposit, which was the same as my booking fee. Then on checkout they "by mistake" took another charge on my card for USD 1100 instead of refunding my security deposit. I was told everything will be refunded in a 5-7 working days. Its been a month and I am still waiting for the refunds to complete. IT IS A SCAM THEY ARE RUNNING.

Nice stay

Liked: The rooms was very nice. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were great. The staff were friendly and the bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The location is kinda wierd next to the highway and on a dead end. The parking was a little tight.

Friendly & Clean

Liked: The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and the hotel's hallway, elevator, and dining area were clean. There is no bad smell in the hotel. Free parking. Free breakfast which was decent. The metro station is a 5 min walk. Coney Island metro station is a 20 min walk with access to 4 lines
Disliked: The neighbourhood was bad. It was more like an industrial area. Car body shops, plumbing, wholesale vegetable store ( which smelled really bad). Lots and lots of trucks in the neighborhood. The area didn't feel that safe walking from the metro station at midnight. Rooms are small. The view from the window was bad.
