Nice staff, poor night sleep

Liked: The staff dealt with the issues we raised & were nice. Wifi was strong & present.
Disliked: The door did not lock & we had to change rooms.The pillows hurt me each night as they were too hard & too high with 2 & too low with 1. The families there have no respect, I called the front desk on 2 nights to ask other rooms to be quiet. Signage about being quiet should be added. Breakfast was in a small cramped area not suitable for the amount of guests. You could not make toast. The shower dispensers are not fit for use.

Disliked: The thermostat in my room did not work. I called the front desk, the attendant came up to the room and changed the batteries, the second time it was not working, he told me to just ignore it and use the thermostat on the actual unit instead of the wall unit. I went to bed shortly thereafter, having set the actual unit to 63 degrees as directed. I woke up some time around 1:30 to a boiling room, having to unplug the actual unit and open the window as far as I could.The temp control on the refrigerator was unknown to me stuck on high (and couldn't go lower) and froze all my liquids. The 2nd floor hallway reeked of marijuana several times, even as staff was on the floor and outside of the main entrance, somebody had dropped a large amount of cooked black-beans Friday night and they were still there, for all to step over, the next day (today) when I left at 11:00AM. (Nothing that can be done, but a baby was crying for about an hour around 11PM last night as well).Not a restful stay
