Liked: The staff were helpful, professional and pleasant, particularly Carol on reception The superior room was excellent, the size of a suiteThe location to town and the beach were ideal.
Disliked: I cannot think of anything we did not like

Hotel Room perfect...breakfast from hell

Liked: Hotel was fantastic,location perfect check in was easy , double deluxe room was amazing , clean ,big modern ,bathroom small but functional but heated towel rail exceptionally noisy during night ,all round very good high std of room
Disliked: The breakfast experience was one word horrific.. felt like you was at a completely different business. Certainly did not meet the stds of the hotel/room. Upon arrival was hardly sat down and server came over wanting to know what we wanted bearing in mind only 1 breakfast menu to share between 2 people and restaurant was completely empty .Eye rolling and tutting because neither my friend or I wanted hot drinks just fruit juice made to feel like aliens.Ordered the breakfast out came the toast then later on came the breakfast one word for this inedible, bacon burnt black allover rock hard ,sausages tasted of chemicals and the most un sausage like texture I have ever seen,unidentifiable black item in my fried egg as you can imagine no breakfast for me.Server came to remove plates looked at mine and made a comment..glad to see you enjoyed the breakfast ..really !!at which point I informed them of my view of the revolting mess on my plate . Only at the point of leaving the restaurant and as far as the door did they come across and offer a free drink in the bar or free coffee and cake which they already knew my thoughts on hot drinks .Upon check out I made receptionist fully aware of the issues to which i was assured the manager would be in touch 5 days later still no response, I had booked to go for Easter unfortunately due to the sloppiness of the above and cancelled.

Disliked: Perhaps put some tissues and extra toilet rolls in the bathrooms? Rooms aren’t soundproofed, so not only did we hear snoring from another room but we heard every footstep and movement!
