Issues with my stay at...

Liked: The pool, customer service and breakfast.
Disliked: No exhaust fan in bathroom which caused black mold in the caulking. Human hair stuck to the ceiling above the shower. Personal belongings of prior guess we're still in the room. The spare sheet in the drawer was dirty and rolled up into a ball not folded. The smoke detector was not up it was shoved in a drawer underneath the TV. The window had no screen and no lock to it anybody could open it from the outside and climb right through. Stains on the carpet. The whirlpool Jets don't work that well all they do is blow air pockets causing water to splash in your face and eyes. The room is completely dark when you walk in no light switch to turn on a light. Stains on the ceiling.

Liked: The staff is always great, beds are comfy, and the pool temp is perfect!

Liked: The breakfast, many choices of food.

Comfortable travel break

Liked: Very pleasant staff, comfortable bed, great value would stay here again. Continental breakfast was better than most.

Disappointing and old.

Liked: The staff at the hotel were very polite and did their best to accommodate others. The breakfast was also good.
Disliked: Our room had a very strong mildew smell when we first arrived, and there were no other rooms that were not off of the pool with 2 beds. We also noticed a stain on the cover sheet of on of the bed so we removed that from the bed. On the 2nd day there I discovered water dripping from the ceiling. Staff offered a room by the pool, but due to sleep issues (easily woken up) we remained in the room. We were told that someone would come and fix the issue (I placed towels to catch the drip). We also asked twice for new towels and our rooms to be freshened up). We left for the day at 10:30 and came back at midnight. When we returned nothing had been done. No new towels, and the room hadn't been touched in any way. I had to change out the now soaked towels from the drip, and go down to get more towels from the front desk. I over heard a staff member tell another customer that the hotel was very old and had issues because of that. This was in reference to the toilet in their room running water continually. It is cheap, but not worth it in my opinion.

Liked: The lady at the front desk who checked us in was exceptional. Very nice person! Liked the poolside room!
Disliked: Sticky spot on carpet in room. A group of young adults were pretty loud by the pool until after midnight and made it difficult to sleep.

A good place to stay.

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! Friendly staff. On arrival I was asked if second floor was okay. No elevator and I am having knee surgery soon. We were given a first floor room. So appreciated! Lots of guests but no noise to deal with at night. Got a good night’s sleep.
Disliked: Pricier than I expected.
