Exceptional

Liked: Front desk was very friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast time should be extended to 10am not 9am , in my opinion. Other hotels we stayed at usually end breakfast at 10am.

Liked: breakfast on day 1 was disappointing. Eggs cold. Yogurt machine broken. Pancake machine did not function.However all was fixed on subsequent days and eggs were warm..
Disliked: Refused to provide new kleenex box when room box was depleted

The hotel was clean and...

Liked: The location was great! The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We could hear everything from the floor above us. They stayed up late and got up early. We couldn’t even sleep in on a Sunday morning. We could hear in the hallway too
