Still has a lot going...

Liked: The hotel is clean! Bedding and linens are fresh and clean; the beds and pillows are comfortable. The included breakfast buffet is great. Direct access to the parking lot is really helpful for us.
Disliked: We had booked an accessible room but we didn’t get one; my companion had difficulty walking the distance to the front desk and dining room. The sliding door to the parking lot was so old that it was almost impossible to move and the locking system was broken. The carpets are overdue for replacement.

Overall no major complaints at...

Liked: The Staff! We didn’t have one person that was not smiling! The breakfast was buffet while we were there and it was good as well! I was nervous after reading some reviews but I feel like the bad reviews were maybe blown out of proportion as our stay was amazing. We would book here again.
Disliked: Hallway carpets are a tripping hazard as they are very loose. Bathrooms on the wing we were in were very small and you have to enter the whole bathroom just to shut the door.

Liked: Nothing, it was very dangerous with all the drug attics surrounding the hotel
Disliked: Couldn’t get in without getting into a altercation with one of the street drug addicted individuals surrounding the hotel

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was cold, not much options for veg/vegan guests. Staff is lovely.
Disliked: Socks in my bed from previous guest. Cockroaches in hall. No playground as pictured
