Less than desirable stay

Disliked: The entire hotel was dark and dingy. An extremely poor choice in choosing the hall carpets made it look as if the carpet was well worn and thread bare. The breakfast is a joke. They give you $15/night for breakfast, but the food is way overpriced and you are pressured into tipping cash to the servers. (tipping cannot come from the $15 voucher.) The first day our food was barely warm. Staff was friendly, though. I spent extra to get room with a jacuzzi because it was a romantic getaway with my wife; howerver, the jucuzzi was just a single small tub with a few jets. The only working elevator was at the far end of the hotel and our room was halfway back towards the front. Our room was a king suite, but there was NO air conditioning in the bedroom portion. They did provide a fan, but it was quite warm all night, even with the temps set at 62.

Disliked: The pool was cold. And there is a sign that says no kids under 14 in hot tub. First hotel i have stayed at that had sign up saying this.
