Disliked: Not a thing, felt I was in the bates hotel (movie psycho) People arguing all night long next room. The carpet it was from the 50's, nasty. The walls were very thin. Can hear people next door. The food was not tasty at all, the scramble eggs were watery. Ketchup didn't help. . The organization in the food area was terrible. I felt bad for the waitress. She didn't know much. I order a kid order, because of my health. We did not feel safe at all. Mold everywhere. The front desk to get a paper receipt it took 10 minutes because of the computer so old. To get a key it told 15 minutes because of the outdated systems. Terrible terrible terrible.

Liked: The location was awesome and the hotel was nice. The layout of the hotel was nice. Really enjoyed the pool being accessible from the room. Right across the grass and there was the pool.
Disliked: Found multiple items in the room that did not get picked up during previous stays. There were ants on the dresser, table, and one of the beds on the first night. I was given a can of ant spray to kill them. When I mentioned it to the front desk in the morning after I figured out where they were coming from she told me "unfortunately, that happens but I can let maintenance know." I was never given any update if maintenance went in and looked. Just overall annoying having ants. The service shuttle to Silver Dollar City was discontinued during covid. Booking.com needs to change that on their site.
