Disliked: Old hotel, thin walls

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room air was sprayed to likely cover a smell. I stayed in over 50 hotels and only here was there an unbearable smell. It started to give me a headache within minutes. The staff said I would likely get used to it. I chose to not stay at the hotel even though I would not get a refund. They offered me a different room that was different than my expectations. They did not seem to care what I thought. There was little demonstrated empathy by the staff, which made me feel the opposite of how a guest should be treated. For the lack of empathy, I would have left. However, the smell and the lack of acknowledging it was an abnormal scent was enough to determine this was not a good place to stay.

Disliked: The location, there is nothing near the location.

Poor

Disliked: It was so noisy I couldn't sleep. The refrigerator was really loud and the toilet kept running all night, despite the staff trying to fix it. I asked the staff to unplug the refrigerator and that helped.

Very good

Liked: The bed was so comfortable.
Disliked: I don’t like the sink in the bed.

Served our purpose.

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Room was fine. Staff fine.
Disliked: Don’t like split bathroom where sink is in main room. Lost some tv stations for a while. Some of the electrical outlets were worn so chargers would not stay put.
