Very dirty moldy room. Ice...

Liked: Location. Staff is pleasant.
Disliked: Not clean. Room although non smoking, smelled of smoke. Microwave is dirty. Stairwell dirty and full of cobwebs. Furniture needs to be cleaned. Dirty spots and stains on the furniture and window shades. I would never go back.

Clean, good staff

Liked: My room was clean and smelled like soap when I came in. The staff was friendly and helpful when they checked me in. Given tv guide was helpful - TV and fridge worked well. Seemed modern for a Best Western.
Disliked: When I came in the floor to my room wasn’t swept very well. The location is fine - next to a gas station and was close to where my destination was for my trip.

Disliked: Pool and fitness were closed. Room was dirty. Staff said they would clean the next day and they didn’t. Looked like they made the bed from previous renter and that all. I had to go to the office to retrieve fresh towels and toiletries.

Stay was satisfactory

Liked: Convenience to the event I attended Bed was comfortable, the AC was great, overall the room was comfortable.
Disliked: The pool area was being renovated and the lobby front desk was in that part of the building. I have a very high mold sensitivity and that was pretty offensive to my breathing.
