Disliked: The hotel is dated and the access to the room was via various steps, some of which were steep so if you have mobility issues could prove difficult

Great staff that love dogs.

Liked: The staff in this hotel are fantastic. They are always so friendly and welcoming. They all love dogs. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless.
Disliked: It is understandable, but it's a shame that the leisure facilities now cost. It is great that they can be used, though, and it isn't expensive.
