Good location, unimpressive facilities

Disliked: Elevator not working, lots of maintenance issues, including shower from above room massive leak in our shower. Check in young lady seemed a bit clueless… overheard conversations with her and possibly boss that should not be discussed for all yo hear-should be in an office area out of earshot of those sitting in lobby.

Disliked: The elevator was out of order and since we are in our mid seventies we were unable to use the only available handicap room since it was on the second floor. It’s in a very good location.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional.
Disliked: The hallways, stairwell, and room smelled of mildew! Very strong stuffy odor. This was incredibly concerning for me and my husband because I have asthma. We ended up leaving as soon as we got there and booked a stay elsewhere. Also, the room was very warm. Elevators were not working when we arrived, and our room was on the third floor. My husband told me the WiFi was not giving a stable connection and he could not use streaming services.

Liked: The elevator was broken as we arrived so a little inconvenient with big suitcases. Breakfast was alright and room was comfortable and spacious.

I would not stay here...

Liked: The elevator was broken but we were not told about it until we arrived. Our key to our door only worked once. I was always rekeying it every time I reopened the door. (Going up and down to the lobby because the elevator wasn't working) The bathroom sink drains slowly. The bathroom floor had stains in the caulk. Bathroom door had a hole which was plugged with toilet/tissue paper. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were always cold. But I did like the variety and there was always someone there replenishing. When we checked in, we were never explained that we needed to request our room to be cleaned daily. When we requested extra towels, we had to go to the lobby to pick them up. They were not brought to our room. Everyone was friendly but the hotel is run down and service should be improved.
