Dissatisfied

Disliked: It was extremely expensive, second floor, no elevator, and no discount for being a member

Liked: It was located we’re I needed to be

Just stayed one night, good...

Liked: Very clean, the pool and hot tub were very nice. Great breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: But dated but clean

Liked: everything was very nice and comfortable
Disliked: chlorine in the hot tub

Liked: It was in a good location for what I needed
Disliked: The heating and cooling unit was broke. Froze all night, but since I was exhausted and only there one night I just stayed up w my jacket on

I will definitely be staying...

Liked: The property is clean, updated and easy to get to. The hot breakfast and options are great. One day we had scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Today biscuits and gravy were offered with bacon and cheese omelets with potatoes. Indoor pool and hot tub thumbs up.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: location was good, front desk was kind.
Disliked: There was no elevator during my stay....had to use stairs. I have difficulty with stairs and asked for a ground floor room and was denied because the room I booked was only available on the second floor. I should have been offered an upgrade because of the elevator being out of service. Had I known there were stairs, I wouldn't have booked.
